3rd graders are now ready to go more in depth in their areas of knowledge. This is the grade where most states start having state-wide standardized tests and the students need to be prepared. Here we have gathered printable worksheets, online games, and even small lesson plans to help further their education. We have linked many great websites on these pages so please feel free to explore them in more depth, as they may have more resources that you find useful. While these resources are free, many of these sites require a free sign-up to their site to be able to view or print the pages. We have also included a link to Khan Academy for both math and reading as well as internet safety and music. Khan Academy is another great, free resource that includes informational texts and videos for these 3rd grade subjects. The internet safety course may be a little advanced for some students, but it will help give you an idea of where to start talking to your student about internet safety and why it is important. The music course, similar to the internet safety course, may be a little advanced in some areas so I recommend looking over the individual lessons and choosing ones that go along with your curriculum.
